After long time of work this theme is finally in progress all by me [URL="http://twitter.com/seansgraphics"]@SEANSGRAPHICS[/URL]
now having beta testing minimum $2.99 at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
DarkGreyHD is fully iOS 4, and iOS 5 Compatible
It has fully themed UIImages
Custom Icon
Auto Icon
Icon, Wallpaper, LockScreen, and lots more PSD File
It's Themed all the way through

Not bad looking at all man! Personally I like darker themes but this is pretty cool
